Wildlife and birdlife abound at the lakeshore. Rent either the main house or add another 2 bedrooms and bathrooms by renting the apartment on the ground floor as well. (Extra $200/n Peak Season). Additional 9% tax and $90/120 Cleaning Fee. 7 night minimum. No pets, no smoking. Air Conditioning. $10/person/night surcharge for each person over maximum occupancy. Only 30 minutes to Glacier National Park, 10 minutes to Whitefish Mountain Resort on Big Mountain and 20 minutes to Glacier International Airport.

Rental Policies
PAYMENT POLICY: 1. A deposit of 25% of the total rent is required by credit card at the time of booking, or a check within 10 days to guarantee reservation. 2. The balance, (including taxes and cleaning fee), is due 30 days before arrival. 3. Regardless of the payment method, a credit card is required as security for ALL reservations. 4. If the balance has not been settled by check at least 30 days before arrival date your credit card will be charged. 5. Your credit card will be charged for any property damage during your stay, cleaning cost in excess of the amount budgeted, or long distance phone calls on the property phone, (at the rate of 50¢ per minute). CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. Deposits are non-refundable. 2. Total balance non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. 3. There are no refunds for early departure. 4. All cancellations must be received in writing, (e-mail is sufficient).
