Deluxe Gulf Front Studio with Balcony in Tower I at Majestic Beach Towers, Panama City Beach, Florida Convenient to Everything!!! Rent directly from the owners and save. Enjoy all of the amenities Majestic Beach offers. Our complex definitely lives up to its name!! Plus with the opening of Tower II right next door in June 2006, you have access to more amenities (more pools)!

We would love to share our "home away from home" with you. Be our guests and enjoy our "Seas the Day" non-smoking, deluxe, gulf-front studio on the 9th floor. This well-appointed unit with a private balcony is one of the largest studio type condos with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and separate bunk area for the kids available anywhere on Panama City Beach. Why pay higher rates for a one bedroom unit in similar new complexes? Stay in our comfortable (547 square feet) studio.

The maximum number of guest allowed in our condo is 4. Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean on the queen-sized Murphy wall-bed which can be easily stored away during the day. For the kids, there are two hallway bunk beds. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa thats great for relaxing during the day and at night can convert to a queen-sized bed.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals in. If you prefer to dine out, there are several great restaurants nearby. Some are within walking distance. The poolside H20 Bar and grill is a great place to enjoy a waterfront, full dining experience . The ground floor Majestic Market featuring Starbucks also has a variety of sandwiches, salads, desserts and snacks. A washer and dryer is included in the unit for your convenience. Linens are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

The view from the private balcony on the 9th floor overlooking "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" is breath taking. You will enjoy the emerald waters, sugar white sands, and the beautiful sunsets to complete your perfect day.

Majestic Beach Towers located on Front Beach Road in the heart of Panama City Beach will become of the most popular family resorts. The resort offers outstanding amenities such as three outdoor pools with waterfalls (one is covered at Tower II), two indoor heated pools (one at Tower II) , separate gated baby pool, poolside snack bar, three hot tubs, fitness center with steam and sauna (additional fee), spa services (additional fee), stadium seating movie theatre with complimentary movies, ground floor market and covered parking with air-conditioned walkway over the highway.

All weekly rental rates include the 7th night FREE!!! Holiday periods may be higher.

Rental Policies

1. NO SMOKING (even on the balcony) and NO PETS allowed. 2. CHECK IN: 4:00 PM Central Time CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM Central Time 3. The primary renter must be 25 years old and stay the entire period. 4. Please bring your own beach towels. 5. Payment (plus 10.5% FL taxes) is due 21 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money order, cashier's checks and credit cards (accepted through PayPal and add 2.5% processing fee) are accepted. If there is less time than 14 days prior to arrival, payment must be made by money order, cashier's check or credit card. 6. No refund for early departures unless there are forced weather evacuations by PCB authorities.

A $200 Refundable Reservation/Security deposit plus a $50 end of stay Cleaning Fee (non-refundable) is required within 7 days of making the reservation. The $200 deposit automatically converts to a Security/Damage deposit upon arrival. The $200 deposit is fully refundable by mail within 7 days of departure after an inspection of the unit occurs and no damage or any items missing is noted.

If cancellation occurs 21 days before arrival date, full refund of Reservation/Security deposit, less the $50 cleaning fee which becomes a processing fee. If cancellation, for any reason, occurs after the 21 day period has expired and rental payment has been received, every attempt will be made to re-rent the unit. Any rental obtained during your vacancy will be credited to your account, minus an administrative fee of $100 for re-renting. If unable to re-rent, all monies paid will be non-refundable except for the $200 security deposit.
