Rental Policies

Reservations: Call us at (732) 690-1900 or fill in inquiry page above & we will call you to confirm your reservation. If you know the number of people in your party, the date of your arrival and departure, and the method of payment of your deposit, it will be helpful. Also remember the earlier you call the larger the selection of availability. Our summer reservations are from Saturday to Saturday. Our office hours are January thru February 9 am to 5 pm. Monday - Friday: March thru September 9 am thru 5 pm. Monday thru Saturday: 12 pm to 5 pm. on Sunday: October thru December 9 am to 5 pm. Monday thru Friday. Rental will not be confirmed until payment is received and Rental Agreement is signed.

Deposit: The amount of the deposit required to confirm your reservation is 1/2 the rental amount. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, money order or your personal check as a deposit. If you pay your deposit by check, your check must be received in our office within 10 days of date in which reservation was made or the reservation Will Be Cancelled! A confirmation will be mailed when your deposit check is received. Please make checks payable to Booe Realty. If paying final balance by personal check, we must receive payment at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Check In: Rental week is from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at the Booe Realty office located at 7728 N. Kings Hwy. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina between 3 pm and 6 pm Saturdays. This office is three blocks away from the property. Check Out: Check out is 10 am on day of departure. Premises must be completely vacated and keys returned to Booe Realty promptly by 10 am or your security deposit will be automatically forfeited. There is also a $10 charge for each lost key. Late Check In: Is available with advance notice. Keys will be posted on bulletin board outside. Late check in is considered after 7 pm Saturday or anytime Sunday.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or prior to 21 days before arrival will be handled as follows: Houses - No monies will be refunded unless the house is re-rented for the same time period. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be handled as follows: House - All monies will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented for the exact time period. We reserve the right to apply guest’s money to another arrival date. **Although every precaution has been taken, this information may contain errors. We reserve the right to make necessary corrections or changes. Prices are subject to change without notice.** Linen Rentals: Linen rentals are available at a cost of $15 per bed, per package. Basic supply includes 3 bath towels, 2 washcloths and the appropriate bed linen, bath mats and dishtowels. Miscellaneous Rentals: Regular Crib $55 weekly or $12 daily, Port-a-Crib $50 weekly or $10 daily. Roll-a-way $50 weekly or $10 daily. High Chair $25 weekly or $7 daily. ***Please notify us in advance for a linen or miscellaneous rental.*** Tentative Reservations: During your vacation, you may make plans to reserve the vacation home again for next year. Owners have top priority, followed by this year's renter. If you have not made a tentative reservation by check out time, the home may be reserved by anyone on a first come first serve basis. To make a tentative reservation, email us to book the date. Liability for Damages: Aside form normal wear and tear, you will be held responsible to pay owners for any damages to property or contents during your occupancy. Please notify our office if you discover any items that might need immediate attention. Subleasing: This agreement may not be assigned or subleased without prior written consent from Booe Realty. Mailing location for any payments will be provided once booked.
