Come and enjoy this nicely appointed home including everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Enjoy the amenity stocked kitchen, large indoor entertainment area, spacious yard and deck. Get comfortable in the second floor master suite with queen bed, balcony and bathtub. Enjoy the downstairs bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with twin bed and bonus room with two twin beds and queen sofa bed. A full sofa bed is also available in the main living room. Enjoy the new addition of satellite television. The home is completely furnished and includes towels, linens, kitchen amenities and various games. This great home has plenty of room for relaxation, entertainment and fun.

Activities and Attractions
Eucalyptus House is a short 10-minute walk to a private beach, community pool, basketball court and park. Beachcomb, stroll and enjoy the majestic scenery the Westside of Whidbey Island has to offer. Keep an eye out for local wildlife – you never know what you might see! (Whales, seal, eagles etc.).
Go exploring at Fort Casey just a quick 3.6 mile (9 minute) drive. Traverse the aging barracks, see the lighthouse, stroll the beach, hike wilderness trails, have a picnic and fly a kite. Kids of all ages love Fort Casey!
The Port Townsend-Keystone Ferry Terminal is a short 3.3 miles (8 minute) drive from the house. Walk on the ferry and spend a day strolling the many shops, galleries and restaurants Port Townsend has to offer.
Explore the quaint town of Langley. 21.2 miles (33 minutes) from the house peruse the fantastic art galleries, shops, restaurants and theater that have made Langley famous. Enjoy the many delightful shops including gifts, antiques, books, and much more.
Explore breathtaking Deception Pass and National Park. 26 miles (38 minutes). Walk the amazing suspension bridge, hike the many wilderness trails, and go beachcombing. Enjoy both fresh and saltwater fishing, swimming and boating.

Rental Rates are based on the number of nights for your stay regardless of the day of the week.
May - September
$175 per night (3 or more nights)
$200 per night (2 nights)
$1050 per week (7 nights)
October - April
$160 per night (3 or more nights)
$185 per night (2 nights)
$960 per week (7 nights)
All rates are subject to local taxes of 10.3%
Rental Policies
Two night minimum. Check-in is 3:00pm. Checkout is 11:00am. Maximum Occupancy is 8. No smoking is allowed in the house. We are unable to accommodate pets. All rates are subject to local taxes of 10.3% Payments are accepted by Check or Money Order. Credit Card Payments are completed through PayPal and are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
A 50% deposit is due at time of booking to secure your reservation. Final payment and $150 damage deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival. The damage deposit will be returned 15 days after checkout barring damage to the house in excess of normal wear and tear.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
