As Cayman is relatively flat, this villa is unique in that it offers an elevation and view unlike many others. In addition to being conveniently close to Ocean Frontiers Dive operation, the villa enjoys tradewind breezes that keep the house cooler during even the warmest months. A breeze in your hair while drinking a cocktail in the evening in front of that pool/view is an awesome way to end a day in Cayman.
We have teak pool furniture which include 2 lounge chaises and outdoor table for 4 as well.
As an element of security and safety, we also have the East End constable living next door.

Rental Rate Notes
We require a 50% deposit to book, with the balance due 60 days prior to occupancy. We accept checks, Visa and MasterCardRental Policies
We seem to rent primarily weekly--Sat to Sat due to a number of factors--but mostly becasue that is what he majority of guests prefer. The most number of flights arrive/depart Cayman on Saturdays, as well as most people seem to want to have a day at the end of their trip to either leave for an unforseen delay or to unpack when they return home.
