Summer is just around the corner from Whitefish Mountain Resort above Whitefish, Montana in the Flathead Valley-Glacier Park year round recreational area bringing with it the many warm weather attractions of the vicinity. Whether hiking, fishing, golfing, mountain biking, rock climbing, rafting, sailing, etc.; every outdoor activity you need for a memorable summer get-away is within easy walking or driving distance of Unit #204 in luxurious Morning Eagle Lodge located slopeside in Whitefish Mountain Resort's base village.

In regards to indoor amenities and entertainment, Morning Eagle #204 offers a perfect compliment to the outdoor action, from it's large screen plasma TV over the fireplace for theater-like movie screenings to the plush robes for trips to and from the roof-top hot tub where the stargazing is truly awe inspiring. Morning Eagle Lodge is the newest condo building in the Whitefish Mountain Village and consists of 49 units. This unit is one of the few that shares no walls with any other unit and, as such, allows you to enjoy your stay without having to concern yourself with the neighbors.

For further personal entertainment, both bedrooms are equipped with a 20" cable TV and a DVD player and you can make your movie viewing choice from the currently 75+ titles in the ever expanding DVD library. An assortment of books and games are available as well for the entertainment of all ages. In addition, free wireless high speed internet access is provided so it's easy and quick to hook up your laptop to stay in touch or to gather the info you need to plan your day.

Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have plush top king beds that can be split into two extra long twins for adding flexibility to the overall bedding arrangement. Rounding out the comfortable accomodations for six is the living area which provides a sofabed.

Morning Eagle 204's picture window dining table and two slopeside decks offer a front row seat for summer sunsets over Big Mountain. A completely equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, espresso machine, crockpot, granite countertops, and more is complimented by easy access to a top-of-the-line stainless high temperature roof-top gas grill for that gourmet barbecued meal. AND the cook gets quite the view, including the peaks of Glacier eastward and the city of Whitefish along with the Flathead Valley spreading out to the south 3000 feet below. Roof-top tables are also available for 'al fresco' dining.

For the convenience of skiers, Morning Eagle #204 has it's own ski locker down just one flight of stairs from the unit's front door and you can be on the slopes of Big Mountain in literally seconds as 2 lifts come almost to the ski locker's exterior door. The locker is also useful for the storage of outdoor summer gear, freeing up space in the condo. Also, for those who want to augment their outdoor activities with a convenient indoor workout, there's a fully equipped fitness facility on Morning Eagle's ground floor, available to all guests via #204's front door key.

Linens are included, of course, and maid service is available upon request.

For groups larger than six or for those needing more than 3 beds, Morning Eagle #204 can provide access to another wonderfully appointed luxurious 1 BR condo with a sofabed nearby in the building.

As an unexpected bonus for those who use the airlines to travel here, Whitefish Mountain Resort is one of the closest ski and summer resorts in the continental US to an airport served by large jets. It's an easy 19.1 mile drive from the baggage claim area of friendly and personal Glacier International Airport, just outside of Kalispell, MT, to your own parking space in the heated underground garage beneath Morning Eagle Lodge. Hard to find an easier hassle-free airport-to-start-of-vacation commute at the end of a travel day.

Lastly, the property management office and check-in is on site within easy walking distance, staffed to meet any of your needs and/or requests throughout your stay.
