Split upstairs master bedroom has private bath, skylight, queen bed with comforter. Main floor has two bedrooms each with a double bed. Fully appointed kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and table service for 8. Living/dining room has 23 ft. cathedral ceiling, gas-fired log stove, DVD and stereo. Owner lived on the Navajo Reservation and has furnished the cabin with Navajo rugs, sandpainting and original artwork. Enjoy watching DVDs, playing cards, board games or reading southwest literature from the library. Wrap around deck for relaxing and al fresco dining. Fully fenced yard for pets upon approval.
Just 10 minutes to Flagstaff, 30 minutes to San Francisco Peaks, 25 minutes to Oak Creek Canyon, 35 minutes to Sedona and 90 minutes to the Grand Canyon.
Nearby hiking just ¼ mile away takes you through meadows, aspen, pines, wildflowers and flowing stream in Coconino National Forest.

Rental Rate Notes
For more than 4 adults there will be a $10 per person per night additonal fee. Holiday rates @ $175 per nightRental Policies
2-night minimum, 3-nights on holiday weekends. Holidays are New Years, Presidents, Columbus, Martin Luther King, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. No Smoking in the cabin or anywhere on the property. Pets upon approval for additional $10 per night. Check in after 3pm, check out by 11am.
A $250 security deposit and $75 non-refundable cleaning fee ($325) are due to secure your reservation. Full rental amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If booking less than 30 days in advance, the entire amount due to hold reservation. Payment via money order or cashiers check.
Security deposit 100% refundable if cancellation 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. 50% refund if cancellation within 8-29 days in advance. If cancelled with less than 7 days notice deposit is non-refundable.
