Rental Policies
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. Rental Fee does not include $75.00 cleaning fee. The balance of the rental fee and the security deposit are due 7 days prior to arrival.
The $400 security deposit is refundable upon inspection of the property generally at the time of departure.
