Daytona beach has many specail activities within a 5 minute drive there is an water park, minature golf, the boardwalk where there are amusement rides, arcades, pier, gift shopping, and restaurants and more, across the street from there you have the Daytona Ocean Center where concerts, auto, and boat shows and many other specail activities.just 10 to 15 minute drive to The Daytona International Speedway where such specail events as the Daytona 500 (February) Pepsi 400 (July) Bike weeks speed weeks Daytona 200 (March) and of corse moto-cross races. Also home of Daytona's Daytona USA, Daytona's house of speed museum. There is also golfing, gambling boats, deep sea fishing, go kart racing, and much much more. September rates $525.00 week, $1295.00 for month.Also available midweek maid service add $75.00 for weekly rental or $100.00 for one time monthly rental. maid service upon request.
$300.00 deposit upon reservation. $500.00 deposit for specail event and holidays. full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
deposits returned 14 days after stay under conditions of rental agreement. cancelations must be made 60 days prior to arrival or deposits will be lost. Adminatration fees of $25.00 charged for any cancelations or changes.
