The dinning room, kitchen, and living room are all open for everyone to get together. It is in a private community witch includes 1-indoor & 3-outdoor Pools, Hot Tub, Indoor/Outdoor Tennis, Basketball, Club/Restaurant and much more. I have rented in the Pocono's for over 20 years before I purchased this house and in my opinion this is the #1 area and rental home.
