Rental Rate Notes

$85 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card upon check-in. The hotel will provide room service and maid service for an extra charge. As well as for the use of the telephone to make local or long distance calls.
Rates in US Funds. We require 50% of the total amount due upfront to secure the rental along with a refundable security deposit. Deposit is returned 10 days after departure, providing no damage has occurred or excessive cleaning is required. The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival date via mail.
If cancellation occurs with less than a 30-day advance notice, the guest will lose 50% of the total amount. No refunds 15 days or less prior to rental. Visa, Master Cards, Checks, and money orders are acceptable.
