Rental Rate Notes
Please ask about our discounts for return guests and for special weeks! Rentals can begin and end on any day of the week, extra nights are happily prorated! Please add 10% Florida state and local taxes. $90 cleaning fee. 1/2 rent due at booking, balance due 45 days before arrival date. We accept Credit Card via PayPal, direct deposit or advance payment by personal check. Check in at 3PM; Check out at 10AM. $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit required. Pets are welcome with signed pet addendum and $75 refundable pet deposit.Rental Policies

A booking fee of one-half the rent is due at lease signing. The remaining funds are due 45 days prior to date of first occupancy.
If you cancel in writting, 45 days or more before firstdate of occupancy, we refund 75% of your booking fee.
