Rental Rate Notes
Winter: $300 per night (Based on 8) $25.00 per person, per night above eight people. Maximum 10 (Please note for groups above eight people, add an extra $250 to the security deposit.) Summer Peak Season Weeks: (June 1st - Sept 1st) $400 per night, $2400 per week. Holidays: 3 night minimum. For stays including a holiday (President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Martin Luther King Day,Veterans day,) add 10%. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year : $500 per night, three night min.Rental Policies
Maximum occupancy - 10 Strictly non-smoking. Inside/Outside Holidays: three night minimum/special rates apply. Holiday Rates: For bookings that encompass a holiday, add a 10% premium except for: Christmas Week: $500 per night New Year’s week: $500 per night Rates are subject to change without notice. Fees and Taxes 10% sales tax required on stays less than one month. $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee. $25 flat fee for high-speed wireless internet access. $500 security deposit (6 people or less) and $750 (above six people) There is an extra charge for using the Lodge's firewood. Pay-per-view films will be charged to the renter. Strictly no smoking. Pet fees: See policy below. Policies Please note: It is unusual for a home of this calibre, with high quality furnishings, to be offered on the vacation rental market. The policies below represent the owner's intent to keep Lone Elk Lodge in excellent condition and pleasurable for the renter, year after year. Furnishings: Ample coasters and place mats are provided to protect the wood furnishings. Renters are required to use them. No Smoking. Lone Elk Lodge is a strictly nonsmoking home in a high fire danger environment. Small Children: Due to a low railing on the deck and the upstairs loft, young children should be supervised at all times when in these areas. Cable TV: No interfering in the cable TV service. Service must be left intact, exactly as you find it, for the next family. Parties: Strictly no large gatherings, beer kegs, parties etc. Pets: Your well-behaved pets are welcome upon approval. Weight limit: 50 pounds. 2 pets maximum. There is a fenced dog run. All pet waste is to be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash. Pets require an additional refundable security deposit of $400 and a fee of $10 per pet, per day. Wood Fires: There is a charge for using the lodge's firewood. Renters are advised to bring their own firewood. Fires will be emptied by the cleaning staff unless otherwise advised. For a more complete list of policies contact the management, Lone Elk Lodge.
A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The remainder will be due thirty days prior to the reservation date. If booking less than thirty days prior to reservation, the entire amount is due. Your credit card details will be required to hold the reservation. $500 refundable security/damages deposit. ($750 for groups above 6 people) Security deposit becomes damages deposit on check-in.
If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the reservation, a full refund will be made. If a cancellation is made less than thirty days prior to the reservation, no refund will be made unless another contract can be signed for that exact period.
