The southeast facing swimming pool and spa bring in the beautiful Florida sunshine all day long. Both the pool and spa can be optionally heated. The Lanai is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine to come in. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence and gate.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an open bar, a beautiful separated dinning and a breakfast nook. Phones, Cable TVs, a DVD, VCR, Playstation 2, radio/CD player, exciting electronic games, movies, and books in the family room. Bed linen and towels are provided. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent are provided for your convenience. High chair, crib, and stroller are also available. BBQ grill is free of use. Rental Policies
Check in time is 4 p.m. or later on the arrival date. Checkout time is 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The maximum number of guests is 10. Minimium stay is three nights; three night stays will be charged a $110 short stay cleaning fee. All holiday bookings must be a minimum of 7 days. No smoking.
Reservations can be made by telephone or email, but these must be confirmed in writing and the letter must include deposit of 20% of the rental cost. The balance of the booking cost is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. If booking within six weeks of arrival, full payment must accompany the written reservation confirmation letter, including the $300 security deposit. A $300 security deposit, which will be held against loss, property damage or costs incurred, is to be paid on the same day as the payment of balance. The deposit will be refunded approximately two to three weeks after your departure.
In case of cancellations, refunds on reservation deposits are: 1. More than 3 months prior to arrival: 100% refund 2. 6-12 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund 3. Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival: Sorry, no refund is available.
