Located in the heart of West Palm Beach, this Florida Vacation Rental Home/ Holiday Villa is close to everything desirable for a vacation or extended business stay. We are in the designated "historic" neighborhood of Grandview Heights, a short walk to the West Palm Beach Convention Center and active waterfront. Take in the sites from a complimentary trolley ride that connects historic downtown West Palm Beach with CIty Place and Convention Center, and such events as Sunfest. The Island of Palm Beach and aqua blue waters of Atlantic beaches are just across the Royal Palm Bridge, less than a mile away.
A "self-catering" establishment, the "Casa Reposo" is a newly decorated vernacular bungalow. With a background of quiet shades of green and linen, the interior is accented in bright tropical colors echoing the orchids, palms, and hibiscus outside in the garden. A coastal and sea theme honor the location, the height of the Atlantic Coastal Ridge. Artifacts and original art compliment the interior, resulting in a truly charming and relaxing atmosphere. Furniture and amenities are geared to be comfortable for all of our guests. Besides luxurious queen and double size beds, there are sleeping accommodations in a very comfortable queen sized futon. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to graciously entertain at home, or prepare casual snacks and cocktails.
Sip a refreshing beverage on the private deck to the east, adjacent to the breakfeast area and kitchen. The spacious rear garden offers lounging in the hammock, wafted by sea breezes, cooling palms and brilliant flowers and birds. The house is managed in "Palm Beach" style for your comfort and convenience, and guaranteed to give you an opportunity to repose and relax!
Good kids and small dogs are welcome (pet deposit required).

Leave your car behind and walk to the best of everything that is the vivacious City of West Palm Beach. City Place is a European style urban cultural center with shopping, restaurants, cinema, night clubs, outdoor entertainment by the fountains and of course, people watching. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, the Palm Beach County Convention Center, and the Norton Museum of Art all are blocks away. Take the gratis trolley from City Place to historic Clematis Street, offering shopping, dining, and night life. A stroll along the Intracoastal Waterway offers incredible views of scenic Palm Beach, and is the site of Sunfest, the Boat Show, and a multitude of other events.
In Palm Beach there will be found the sophisticated venue of the ultra wealthy, Worth Avenue, an extravagant shopping destination known world wide. Don't miss exploring the "vias" and Mediterranean style architecture popularized by Addison Mizner, designer to the rich and famous of the 1920's boom era. Visit the mansion of Henry M. A two block walk takes you to Howard Park, an active, shaded 20 acre green space of trails, open soccer fields, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and a very popular dog park! Rental Rate Notes
HOLIDAY WEEKS $150.00 ADDITIONAL.. Small dogs allowed for additional $50 each. 10.5% tax not included. No discounts offered in February and March.Rental Policies
Inquire about monthly or longer rental rates, housekeeping services. Please use porches for smoking. Cleaning deposit is required when animals are in party.
A 50% deposit reserves your stay. A refundable $500 security and rent balance is due two weeks prior arrival.
A full Deposit may be refunded upon cancellation at least 45 days. Within 45 days, the deposit is no longer refundable, however it may be applied to a future stay.
