Rental Policies
PAYMENT POLICY: 1. A deposit of 25% of the total rent is required by credit card at the time of booking, or a check within 10 days to guarantee reservation. 2. The balance, (including taxes and cleaning fee), is due 30 days before arrival. 3. Regardless of the payment method, a credit card is required as security for ALL reservations. 4. If the balance has not been settled by check at least 30 days before arrival date your credit card will be charged. 5. Your credit card will be charged for any property damage during your stay, cleaning cost in excess of the amount budgeted, or long distance phone calls on the property phone, (at the rate of 50¢ per minute). CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. Deposits are non-refundable. (We recommend customers purchase their own travel insurance). 2. Total balance non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. 3.
