Beautiful house in the sub-division of Lindfields in Kissimmee, Florida. This house has been recently painted, outside and inside, and the pool and deck resurfaced and repainted. The pool has solar heating and there is also a new hot tub located on the deck area.

The master suite is huge with a king size Simmons BeautyRest bed. It has a large walk-in closet, shower, bath, separate toilet and double vanity. There is a TV and VCR for your entertainment. There are three other bedrooms for your guests, with a queen size bed in one, and two twin beds in each of the others.

There are two large seating areas - a front parlour and a rear family room. The family room has a TV, VCR and DVD. The house has 4 TVs with approximately 75-80 cable channels for your viewing enjoyment. The home is equipped with hi-speed internet and a laptop and also has free calling to any landline in the US, Canada and Europe.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and new smooth top range, and there is a new washing machine with a dryer in the laundry room.

The back yard is fenced on two sides and is very private. The garage door has an electric door opener.

Enjoy the sparkling "Super Blue" pool with solar heating, or relax in the hot tub. Nothing like it after a hard day at the theme parks or shopping!

This house is located only a few minutes from Disney and all the major highways leading to other areas of interest in Central Florida.

Activities and Attractions

The property is located just off Highway 192 which one of the major arteries leading to the amusement parks, shopping, Old Town and any number of other attractions.

In just a few minutes you can get to the Disney parks, Universal Studios, or Sea World. A short dirve will take you to the Lakeland winery to sample the locally grown Muscadet grape.

There are any number of world class golf courses in the area, Orange County National, Champion's Gate, Harmony, as well as courses for the not-so-serious golfer. Please ask when enquiring about available golf privileges or discounts.

For the shopper, a short drive will take you to the Florida Mall or The Millenia Mall. Osceola County, in which this house is located, boasts the largest number of Wal-Mart Superstores in the world (currently 4).

Lake Tohopekaliga and East Lake Tohopekaliga offer airboat rides to see the alligators and there is plenty of fishing available. If you are feeling more adventurous, why not do some parasailing at Fish Camp on Boggy Creek Road.

Rental Policies

The rental home will be ready by 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please vacate by 11am on your departure day. The client will be notified immediately of any changes to their booking and be given alternative arrangements of at least the same quality. If no alternative can be offered, the client will be offered a full refund of monies paid. If a client needs to alter a confirmed booking, we will try to accommodate any changes, but this cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to administration costs. We cannot accept liability for injury sustained by you or any visitor to the house or swimming pool. It is strongly recommended that children are supervised at all times in and around the pool area. Force Majeure We can not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from matters outside our control, including acts of god, strikes, riots, disputes, fire, flood. Hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, technical / weather problems to transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airport, weather conditions or any event beyond our or the home owners control. It is strongly advised that adequate insurance cover is obtained before your departure. If you have any complaint before or during your stay, we strongly urge you to express them at the time to give us a chance to rectify the problems. If your problem is not resolved, please notify us immediately in writing and within 14 days of your return. Deposits A deposit of $200 is required to secure the booking. The remainder of the balance will be due 8 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit is also required with your final balance. This will be refunded after your return provided that the home and it’s contents are left clean and undamaged. A charge of $50 will be deducted from the deposit if the key is not returned after your stay. Refunds All bookings made less that 8 weeks before departure are payable in full and all booking conditions apply. In the event you cancel your confirmed booking, the following charges will apply: More than 2 months before departure = $200 deposit Between 1 and 2 months before departure = 50% of rental cost Less than 1 month before departure = 100% of rental cost
