Located at the end of the exclusive Palm Springs Villas I complex with its well manicured and beautifully landscaped grounds, It is a quiet area with covered parking for one car and a beautiful mountain view. You can bask in the sun, swim in a lovely heated pool or relax in the soothing spa, or for some exercise, play some tennis. All this is just steps away from your front door. Your covered patio has 2 chairs and a small table where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning You can relax watching cable TV or movies on the VCR or DVD player, or you can listen to your favorite CD's on the stereo system. A small TV is located in the bedroom. There is also a desk in the bedroom and high speed internet access for your computer. The unit will sleep up to 4 people with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a pullout sleeper in the living room. The dining area and bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort and also a portable fan which can be used where needed. The unit also has central heat and AC. The kitchen includes everything you need for your stay and is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, new refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender, garbage disposer, dishes, utensils and cookware. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. All linens and towels are furnished. No smoking please.

The nearby Palm Springs Tram will take you to the top of Mt San Jacinto in minutes in its revolving gondola with spectacular views where at the top you can enjoy fine dining and numerous hiking trails for all levels. Only 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, there is indoor and outdoor dining with a broad selection of menus and pricing, some with live entertainment. You will also find shopping, museums, art galleries and the famous new Spa Casino with Vegas style gambling and an elegant buffet. Don’t miss the street fair every Thursday evening or the street fair at the College of the Desert In Palm Desert on weekends. Many golf courses are in Palm Springs just minutes away.
