Rental Rate Notes
Rates start at $800 per night. There is a $2400 minimum stay Extended stay discount for 7 or more nights. $2500 refundable security deposit $250 non-refundable cleaning Optional Maid Service at $60 per day We can arrange for your Personal/Executive Concierge Service. We can arrange for Catering and/or Personal Chef. Convention, Holiday and Special Event rates are higher. Rates are subject to change without notice.Rental Policies
Check in after 4PM Check out before 11AM - except by special arrangements. No Smoking - However smoking is permitted on patio and in the garage. No Pets Well behaved children are welcome. Send me an email to request a 80 photo slide show of the property. I quickly answer your emails and "yes" I answer your phone calls. Optional Maid service is available at $60 per day.
$2500 Deposit to reserve your dates. This deposit turns into a damage/security deposit once you arrive. $250 Non-refundable Cleaning Deposit. Rental rate and cleaning charge is due 60 days prior to check-in. Heating of the pool/hot tub is available at an extra charge. The pool/hot tub heater has a separate gas meter and you are charged only for your actural gas usage.
Security Deposit is completely refundable in full within 7-14 days after your departure providing there is no damage to the property, items missing or there is an excessive amount of cleaning beyond what is considered as normal.
