From the moment you enter the first floor you can tell that this home is special. Each room has its own private bathroom having either a tub or shower. There are three rooms that have King size beds on this floor, as well as a room that contains a pyramid bunk bed and a day bed with a trundle. This floor also has a full size washer and dryer.

The second floor features a great room that has dramatic, panoramic ocean to sound views. This room is beautiful as well as functional with comfortable seating, large plasma screen TV with DVD and VCR, Fireplace and wet bar. The room is completed with a dining area that accommodates each guest and a gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, two dishwashers, prep sink, free standing ice maker, and a beverage refrigerator. Whether you choose to dine in or out, this kitchen will not disappoint as it is well equipped for all of your cooking needs.

The third floor is an island within an island, designed so that you never need to leave your room! Two identical master suites that have their own private sitting area (each sitting area contains a sleeper sofa), fireplace, wet bar with refrigerator and coffeemakers, large master bath with an oversized Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Both suites share a private sound side deck and private ocean side deck as well as a stackable washer and dryer.

Rental Policies

Making a Reservation: Treasure Realty does not rent to house parties and you must be 25 years old to sign a lease. When you call, we will ask for the week that you are wanting to stay and we will check on the availability of the property you desire. We will need your name, address, and daytime phone number. After making your reservation you will receive a Rental Agreement in the mail. Upon receipt of your Rental Agreement, you should sign the bottom, keep a copy for yourself, and mail the original back to us along with your advance payment. 1/2 of the gross rent is due within 14 days of making your reservation. Your rental is not confirmed until both 1/2 gross rent and the signed Rental Agreement are received. The balance, including all other charges is due 30 days before your arrival. We cannot accept a personal check for last minute reservations made in the 14 day dedline. ^Back to Top 2005 Reservations We love repeat renters. Advance reservations will be accepted for 2006. If the home you desire to rent is available, we require an advance rental reservation fee of $25. You have 14 days to confirm your reservation with a check or automatic cancellation will occur. This service fee is NOT applied to your reservation. Advanced Reservations are subject to owner occupancy, rate and/or season change. 2005 guests have priority for the same cottage/same week (s) in 2006. However, you must book by the close of business of the first Wednesday of your stay. In the event the property is not available for your requested dates due to owner occupancy or property availability, a refund will be made. Once a reservation is made we will send you a rental contract. This contract will have 2005 prices and seasonal rates. This contract is only confirming that we are holding that week (s) for you. The prices on the contract are not confirmed and an official contract will be sent in January 2006. One half the new rental rate will be due in late January 2006. Cleaning: Cleaning of your rental property is included in the rental price. However you still have the responsibility to clean and put away dishes and remove all trash and food/drink from the property. If we find your unit to be excessively dirty there may be additional cleaning charges applied to your security deposit. ^Back to Top Other Charges: Your Rental Agreement will have a detailed accounting of charges. Below is a list of common charges. Linens (optional)--see above Security Deposit--the amount will vary by property. After your departure, we will carefully inspect the property. This deposit will be returned to you within 45 days after your departure, if no damage occurs, you leave unit in "as found" condition and keys and pool passes are returned. If upon our inspection, damages have been found or phone charges were left unpaid or linens, inventory missing, etc., these charges will be deducted from your security deposit. You may choose the Peace of Mind insurance In lieu of a cash deposit. See below: Peace of Mind – In lieu of a Security Deposit, Treasure Realty offers a "Peace of Mind" Tenant Damage Protection Policy. This option allows you to obtain a Protection policy that will cover up to $3,000 for accidental damage. Securing the "Peace of Mind" protection in lieu of the Security Deposit deposit does not negate your responsibilities as a tenant. If you choose not to participate in the program, initial where indicated on the lease, and your final balance will be adjusted accordingly. You must notify the Management Company of any damage or theft to the unit during your occupancy, or this plan is void. Payment for the POM Plan will not be accepted after the guest occupies the unit. The chare for this coverage is $40 and is not refundable. TREASURE REALTY, INC Property Management Co. receives a fee for this program. A brochure will be sent with your paperwork that explains this program in detail. Lodging Protection Plan (optional)--This insurance will cover you against losing your deposit due to several factors. When we send you the Rental Agreement, we will include a brochure that describes this plan. YOU MUST INITIAL THE APPROPRIATE PLACE ON THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO DECLINE THIS INSURANCE. Tax--The tax rate is 13% consisting of 7% State tax, 3% Onslow county tax, 3% Topsail Beach tax. (the 3% Topsail Beach tax will not be in place before Jan 1st of 2002.) Tax rates are subject to change without notice. Reservation Fee--There is a $35 processing fee charged for each reservation. Pet Fee--If your cottage accepts pets there is a nonrefundable fee of $200 per pet. Hot Tub Activation--Home that have a hot tub require a $70 hot tub activation free for activation in the Mid and Off seasons. ^Back to Top Directions: These are directions to our office. KEYS ARE PICKED UP AT THE TREASURE REALTY OFFICE. DIRECTION FROM THE NORTH: From I-95 South to Benson, North Carolina; Take 1-40 East to Exit 398 (Highway 53 East) toward Jacksonville, North Carolina. Go approximately 13 miles on Highway 53 East to Highway 50. Turn right on Highway 50 and go approximately 18 miles to Holly Ridge, North Carolina. Turn left onto Highway 17 North. Go approximately 4 miles and take a right on Highway 172. Just before you get to the first traffic light, take a right behind the First Citizens Bank and enter Treasure Plaza. Treasure Realty is the first office on the right. (Treasure Realty is directly behind the First Citizens Bank located at the intersection of Highway 172 and 210 in Sneads Ferry.) DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH: Take U.S. Highway 17 North or U.S. Highway 74 East to Wilmington. Follow Highway 17 North approximately 30 miles north of Wilmington through Holly Ridge. Four (4) miles from the traffic light in Holly Ridge on Highway 17 North you will come to State Road 172. Turn right on NC Highway 172 and proceed four (4) miles. Just before the intersection, turn right behind the First Citizens Bank and enter Treasure Plaza. Treasure Realty is the first office on the right. (Treasure Realty is directly behind the First Citizens Bank located at the intersection of Highway 172 and 210 in Sneads Ferry.) ^Back to Top Check In/Check Out Check-In Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 5:00 PM. Due to the size and complexity of homes in our program, our housekeepers and inspectors need every minute of the 10AM to 3PM window to ensure the cleanliness of your vacation home. We make every effort to ensure all homes are clean and ready for occupancy by 3PM. Please do not buy groceries before check-in. We cannot let you into homes that are not ready, nor can we provide refrigeration facilities. In unusual circumstances, for whatever reason, it may be necessary to delay occupancy beyond 3PM, until your home is ready. At check-in you will receive two sets of keys and directions to the property. If arriving after office hours, a check-in packet including keys and house directions will be left in the "late arrival mailbox," outside of our office. We can make arrangements for an after-hours check-in, only if your reservation is paid in full and the Rental Agreement is signed. Check-Out Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM sharp on your date of departure. Guest check-out duties* should be completed and home keys and rental items returned to our office. If you plan to leave earlier than the 9:00 AM opening of the rental office, drop your keys and other rental items through the opening beside our office's front door. There is a $15 charge for every rental item not returned to our office, such as keys and pool passes. *Check-out duties include washing and putting away all dishes. If you rented linens, please put all of them in the kitchen. Remove all trash from the dwelling. If you are renting a house please place trash in the roll cart and push it to within 2 feet of the street for pickup. Remove all food and beverages from your unit. Leave the AC on 78 degrees (or heat at 55 in winter months). Check to make sure that you have not left any personal items in the unit. Treasure Realty will not be responsible for forgotten personal items. Before leaving make certain that all windows and doors are shut and locked and that all the lights are turned off. We cannot be responsible for homes that may be under construction next to or near the home you rent. New construction may also alter the views from homes. Please realize that this is a matter beyond our control. Refunds or substitutions cannot be made.
