Palm Springs Vacation Getaway
This is a great place to relax around the pool, enjoy beautiful desert and mountain views from within the villa or adjoining patio, play tennis and golf, or shop at nearby facilities within walking distance. This classic desert retreat is located within the prestigious south Palm Springs area neighboring both the spectacular Mesquite Country Club golf course and the Warm Sands resort area. Please refer to the area map and satellite photo for a view of recreational and commercial amenities near the complex. The unit is located within the highly desirable, low-density, Villa Riviera development. Since it is a small development with 30 units, it provides the ultimate in privacy allowing one to rest and relax without constant interruptions typical of larger high density projects. The villas are clustered around a well manicured greenbelt common area featuring a swimming pool, spa/jacuzzi, and deck area with stunning views of the mountains.
Located within a block are two new shopping centers, that include several restaurants and food establishments such as Panda Express, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Southwestern Grill and many others, and a regional Ralph's Market. Downtown Palm Springs is a 15 to 20 minute walk away, and both downtown and the airport are less than five minutes by car. Please refer to the aerial photo and area map for proximity to conveniences.
This single story 2 bedroom, 2 bath, classic Palm Springs condo (1450 sq ft) features a full-sized kitchen with ample counter and cabinet space, built-in double oven and counter top range, and dishwasher. Microwave, blender and all kitchen accessories are included in the unit. There are excellent San Jacinto mountain views from the living room, dining room, bedrooms and attached patio area. Included in the living room is a new sofa, love seat, recliner chair, large screen TV, with full cable, CD, DVD, and cassette system. A TV is also included in the master bedroom. A private washer and dryer, as well as convenient covered parking, is included. The condo is equipped with high speed internet.
All conveniences are close at hand. This is an opportunity to relax, leave the cold weather behind, and be our guest in warm and sunny Palm Springs. Two bikes are provided for your enjoyment and a bar-be-que is available for those late afternoon happy hour times in the patio. The bikes and bar-be-ques are stored in the unit's individual storage unit.

The location of the villa is excellent, with views of the San Jacinto mountains. Our Palm Springs desert condo is situated within the quiet and beautiful Villa Riviera development, allowing our guests a great sense of seclusion and privacy. The southern Palm Springs location ensures protection from the afternoon winds experienced by north side dwellers. Most importantly, you will enjoy striking mountain views from both the unit and the common areas, including the pool area.
Located within very close proximity of the condo is the Mesquite Country Club golf course, Sunrise Park, several food establishments (Panda Express, Starbucks, etc), and Ralph’s Grocery. Downtown Palm Springs is only a 5 minute bicycle or 15 to 20 minute walk or light jog away. Pick up a movie at Hollywood Video and enjoy a relaxing evening in or enjoy dinner and a movie in downtown Palm Springs.

Besides golf and weather, art is a big attraction in the Palm Springs area. There are over a hundred galleries to choose from, and many are widely recognized for their ability to showcase the “up and coming” in the art world!
Within one mile of our condo is downtown Palm Springs. Several art galleries, restaurants, pubs, theators, and many specialty shops are located on Palm Canyon Drive at the center of town. The drive is beautifully lined with majestic palm trees continuously lit by sparkling lights. Thursday nights Palm Canyon Drive is closed to through traffic for a street fair.
Located at the Palm Springs Desert Museum, the Annenberg Theater (760-325-7186) is a state-of-the-art 433-seat theater with continental seating and nearly perfect acoustics that is home to vibrant performances of jazz, dance, comedy, classical and contemporary vocal groups, chamber ensembles, and much more.
The recently developed Spa Resort Casino is Palm Spring’s primary full-service resort offering casino, spa, and hotel amenities. The Spa Resort Casino is situated on nine acres in the heart of beautiful and historic downtown, within 1 mile of Villa Riviera.
Just outside of downtown is the Palm Springs Tram which enables people to ascend 8,000 feet in the world’s largest rotating tramcars. It is 40 degrees cooler at the top, in a completely different mountain high world. Great hiking and incredible views of the desert are benefits of enjoying the high country.
Enjoy the sun, sand, palm trees, and relaxation of Palm Springs. Just read a book by the swimming pool, or enjoy exercise while playing tennis or golf, or taking a bike ride for miles on bike trails through green belt areas in this desert oasis.
