It is 20 minutes away from the majestic monolith of Superstition Mountain i the world famous icon that separates urban luxury and wilderness adventure. At 3,000 feet high, Superstition Mountain stand macho guard protecting the lore, myths, stories past and the spectacular wilderness that still belongs to yesterday. Great for hikers!!!

One and half hour awayfrom this home is famous Sedona. Sedona is situated in a unique geological area that has mesmerized tourists for decades. Indeed, this picturesque city is surrounded by beloved red-rock monoliths named Coffeepot, Cathedral and Bell even Snoopy because their massive shapes resemble these distinctive objects. Also, the site of this memorable city marks the mouth of unbelievably beautiful Oak Creek Canyon, a breathtaking chasm that even today, is wildly wonderful. Towering high above Sedona and its hallmark canyon is the geologically dominating Mogollon Rim, formed from ancient deposits of limestone, mudstone and sandstone when this area was the west coast of a still-emerging continent.

Rental Policies
RENTAL POLICY AND INFORMATION Prior to making your reservations, we ask that you carefully review our policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: One week minimum stay is required except during peak and holiday periods when minimum stay requirements are longer. Last minute reservations are always welcome but are subject to availability. PAYMENTS: Payments may be made by personal check, cashiers check or money order. Personal checks returned will have a $20.00 service fee charged. CANCELLATION POLICY: Fifty percent (50%)of your deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival for any reason. SECURITY DEPOSIT: All rentals require a security deposit. The minimum deposit is $ 700.00 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the payment of the remaining 50% 30 days before arrival date. Any damages to the unit resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse or theft by the guest or any member of his party or invitee will be charged to the security deposit, otherwise, deposits are refundable after keys are mailed back. CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 PM AND CHECK –OUT TIME IS 12: 00 NOON Unauthorized extensions of beyond check out time will result in a half to full day charge against your security deposit. To avoid such charges please call us prior to 11:00 AM to see if a late check out is possible if you are running late in vacating the property. SUPPLIES: Upon arrival you will be provided with a starter set of soaps, toilet paper & paper towels, coffee, tea cream and sugar. TELEPHONES: There is a telephone line that allows unlimited local calls but will require a calling card or credit card to place long distance calls. HOUSEKEEPING: All reservations are subject to a $125.00 housekeeping charge for departure cleaning. This charge is itemized in your statement. The bed linen and bath towels are provided.For weekly guests, daily housekeeping services can be provided upon request for an extra charge of $60.00 daily.If the house is left excessively dirty, your security deposit will be charged for additional cleaning charges. Our housekeeping staff will make the final preparations of the house for the next guests. PETS: Our property is not designed to safely house pets.Contact us for further information. AIR CONDITIONING: Each floor has its own air conditioning unit and thermostat.
DEPOSIT: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of 50% of total charges. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The minimum security deposit is $700.00 payable with the payment of the remaining 50% of charges at least 60 days before arrival.However, deposits for weekly Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years reservations must be received 60 days before arrival.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival for any reason and within 60 days of arrival for weekly Holiday bookings. Security deposit of $700.00 is refundable after ten days after keys are mailed back and if property is left without any damages or excessive dirt.
