The unit includes central air & cable. All linens, pillows, towels provided. We even leave dishwasher and laundry detergent. Priced to be the best deal in the area.
Building amenities include: glass enclosed hallways (with full west side view of entire land) that are carpeted and have air conditioning, 3 high speed elevators, ice machines, free parking, exercise room, game room, restaurants, lounges, conference facilities, commercial shops, ice cream parlor, pizza place, Starbucks and an oceanfront water park with an array of pools (kiddy pools with water falls, 418 ft lazy river(((one of the largest lazy rivers in Myrtle Beach!))) with water falls, hot tubs, large pirate ship with water falls etc.). The water park has various food and beverage vendors. Also a pool side beverage and grill vendor with many dining tables and stools. All prices are very reasonable.
10min walk to: The Pavillion, Ripley's Believe It or Not, The Haunted House, Go-Karts, Mini Golf, video arcades, novelty shops and too many more to name.
5 minute drive to: Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Square Mall and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. It is located near everything!
