It's located just 10 minutes to downtown Annapolis and the United States Naval Academy, 40 minutes to Washington, D.c., and Baltimore, and 5 minutes to the mall, shopping, restaurants and all major conveniences. The house is located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood - perfect for evening strolls or morning walks. You'll love the five-minute walk (or boat ride) to Mike's Restaurant and dining on steamed Chesapeake Bay blue crabs and drinking ice cold beer from the deck. The home is so peaceful and serene, you won't believe that it's just a quick jog from Route 50 and Baltimore/Washington International Airport.

The large entertainment deck overlooking the South River off the Chesapeake Bay is perfect for cookouts, relaxing with a good book, savoring your morning coffee or just gazing at the plentiful waterfowl. Stairs go down to your own private pier where you can swim, fish, crab and sunbathe. A boat lift is available, and there's plenty of room for others to dock on the pier. A community boat launch is also available.

The home is beautifully decorated with hardwood floors and open architecture. The fabulous view of the water can be seen from kitchen, dining room/living room, and the master bedroom.
