BEACHES This Condo is located in the new tourist area of PR.(EAST of the island). Famous for the best beaches. Two beaches of the east, Luquillo beach, calm waters , good for entire families(5 minutes drive) from Condo and Flamenco Beach in Culebra(7 mile x 4 mile) island received Blue Flag World Award for 2 of the best beaches in the World( Drive 15 minutes to Fajardo town, take a boat to Culebra). Flamenco Beach with white sands and very clear water is better for snorkeling. Take a boat in El Conquistador Hotel in Fajardo town and go to Palomino and Palominito island. This tiny island has activities like jet ski, snorkeling, and kayaks for rental. Fast food available. If like surfing drive only 7 minutes and go to La Pared beach(ONLY FOR SURFERS). OLD SAN JUAN, CAPITAL, HISTORICAL, SPAIN ARQUITECTURE If you like, drive 45-1 hour to the Historical Old San Juan, Capital of PR, 10 minutes from International Airport. For centuries, it was a military outpost, attacked by enemy sea captains such as Francis Drake and strengthened by ever more elaborate walls and fortifications. Later, it became a cosmopolitan town, featuring lovely homes wrapped aroud inner courtyards and cobblestoned streets, high concentration of galleries.

This Condo is located in a top of a hill, walking distance to Rio Mar Beach Hotel, a Wyndham Hotel, 10 minutes drive to Donal Trump Golf Club in El Melia Hotel, 3 minutes drive to El Yunque Rainforest. This is the only National Rainforest. Best Beaches of the Caribbean are located in the east of the island of Puerto Rico, like Luquillo Beach(5 minutes drive) that receive a Blue Flag Award and Flamenco beach in municipal island of Culebra. This area have more type of beaches in less than 10 minutes: Luquillo beach with calm waters for entire famillies, Costa Azul beach for body surfing(2 minutes from Luquillo beach) and La Pared for surfers. More tenants drive 20 minutes to Fajardo town and take a boat to the little island of Vieques(35-40 minutes) or to Culebra(1 hour). This island have beutifull beaches. Tickets for this boat are not expensive. Its better if come to Puerto Rico, the same day arrive, go to Old San Juan, only 10 minutes from San Juan International airport. Old San Juan was founded in 1521. San Juan is one of the biggest and best natural harbors in the Caribbean and is the 2nd oldest city in the Americas. More tuorists visit San Juan each year than any other spot in the Caribbean for see forts, parks, old churches, Museums of the Spanish.
