The town of Breckenridge sits at 9,603 feet above sea level, and the ski area covers 2,043 acres of skiable terrain. The majestic, stunning mountain vistas of Breckenridge's 12,000 and 13,000 foot peaks along its ten mile mountain range thrills every guest. The winter season not only boasts spectacular ski conditions, but an array of continuous activities, festivals, and ski/snowboard competitions. Rental Rate Notes
Refundable Security Deposit - $2000Rental Policies
Accepted Payment Cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Minimum Nights Minimum 4-night rental required, 6 nights during Christmas dates. Reservations for fewer nights are possible depending on season. A full cleaning surcharge will be added for stays of less than the minimum required. Check-In/Check-Out Check-in is 4:00 P.M. on your arrival date. Checkout is by 10:00 A.M. on your departure date. Events/Weddings Event fee of $1000 non-refundable required Pets Non-refundable fee of $150 required for an approved pet
At time of booking, your initial deposit equal to two night's lodging is due. The final lodging balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. This includes all taxes and surcharges. If booking a reservation within 60 days of your arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel, all monies are non-refundable unless your exact dates can be re-booked. If we can re-book your exact dates, all monies received to date less a 20% handling fee will be returned. All monies received will be returned within 30 business days after your original reservation departure was scheduled. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.
