Your private and secluded 2 acres directly on the Gulf of Mexico is surrounded by native and tropical landscaping with all the beach and sun you can soak in. Our Captiva's relaxing getaway is approximately a 45 minute drive from Fort Myer's Southwest Regional International Airport, 1 hour drive from Naples and 2 hours from Tampa and Fort Lauderdale and Miami airports. Once you have arrived at Bali Hi, you will discover no reason to venture out. Personally welcomed by our staff, come and enjoy our sugar sand beaches and abundant birdlife. More than half our yearly booking include repeat guests who keep coming back for more. Bali Hi Estate includes the main house and our guest house "Coccoloba Cottage", spacious comfort only minutes from island's best restaurants, shopping, and island extras. This private Gulf-front estate is located on Captiva Island's "Gold Coast" with over 155 feet of direct sugar sand beachfront.
Our guests exclusively enjoy the beautiful 40'x20' heated pool and spa stocked with volleyball, basketball, pool toys, accessories, pool loungers, market umbrellas, covered lanai seating, and patio tables for gathering by the pool. Additionally, we maintain the estate's own private beach with many teak loungers, market umbrellas and multiple sun decks. An exclusive sundeck area 'tween" beach and house allows for private sunbathing where there is also a private children's playground all facing the Gulf.
A wraparound deck 1 step above the sand surrounds the house with multiple seating areas great for grilling or dining outdoors. On the southern side of the house is a private entrance with outside shower for your guests.
The interior of Bali Hi is comprised of heart pine flooring and cypress walls throughout the entire home. This finely furnished, comfortable home provides all the amenities expected by our clientele. For an extended stay or a week in paradise this home is equipped from our gourmet kitchen to conducting business in the office. The estate offers hi-speed wireless DSL, PC, printer, fax, long distance phone service and 2 line accesses. Relax in one of the two family/living rooms in this finely furnished comfortable home. The central family room or great room has 20' periscope sliders that open to the pool deck. A flat screen TV with 120 channels including premium cable (digital Hbo), DVD player and library, and surround sound with indoor/outdoor speakers. The Gulf views from the gourmet kitchen are spectacular while preparing snacks or a gourmet dinner. The great room also overlooks our "Sandbox" and playground areas while the breakfast nook is surrounded by sliders with views of the Gulf side areas of the house.
The second family room or more formal living and dining area are removed from the common area of the home and offer a quieter atmosphere. Entrances to both the front and back of the home are easily accessed from the wraparound deck. The formal dining room just off the gourmet kitchen has seating for vacationers at a glass topped dining table. The formal living area has a fireplace, a big screen TV with a VCR and 120 channels of premium cable. Continuing through this room is the entrance for 2 guest rooms complete with 2 bathrooms.
Both guest bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, ample closet space and additional storage for all occupants. The east guest room shares a common bathroom with a private entrance to the outdoor shower from the wraparound deck. The view is of the garden and front deck areas. The west guestroom has a private bathroom overlooking our "Sandbox" and rear deck areas. Both rooms are equipped with a TV, premium cable and VCR's. Both guest rooms are set aside from the hustle and bustle of common areas. Bali Hi's elegant master bedroom suite encompasses the entire second floor of the main house. The suite enjoys an Olympic bed with 2 private outside decks, not to mention the awesome Gulf of Mexico view. Oversee swimming in the pool from the north deck or enjoy some private time and sunsets on the southwest deck while enjoying a Gulf view. The spacious master suite bath has both Jacuzzi bath and large glass enclosed shower, as well as offering plenty of space and storage.
Additional sleeping quarters are located in the property's guest house, "Coccoloba Cottage", which sits perpendicular to the main house, a hop, skip and jump away. "Coccoloba Cottage" has been utilized for older children, the nanny or the larger family also visiting that requires additional privacy. Two bedrooms are furnished with 3 queen size beds, each with a private bathroom. The "Coccoloba Cottage" also features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a comfortable family room. Two balconies overlook the lush landscaping. A private walk allows cottage guests separate access to the beach without requiring use of the main house access paths, though main paths are also easily accessed.
Packing for Bali Hi is easy. For all our guests we provide ironing, ironing board, hairdryers in all bathrooms, high quality bedding, bath linens, pool towels, and a starter kit including 4 dishwasher soaps, 3 Tide powder laundry soap, 1 dish sponge and soap, 1roll paper towel, compactor and trash bags, toilet paper and extra roll in all bathrooms and bar soap, shampoo and conditioner. We have 4 kayaks available on property, the childrens play area is one of our guests favorite areas of Bali Hi Estate. Our maintained gardens offer year round blooms of tropical flowers. Something hidden in every corner. Whether with the family, friends or just the 2 of you getting away Bali Hi has private space for all, seating for all and a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of vacation.

Multiple discounts not applicable, one discount per reservation. Length of Stay: Our Captiva, LLC offers a variety of locations, we accommodate two to two dozen vacationers. Guest arrival is normally Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Call or email to inquire if your arrival date is available. We are flexible. Special Events: Our properties are available for weddings, fundraisers, reunions and corporate retreats. Our Event Fee’s vary per property proof of event insurance must be provided. Property occupancy limits must be observed for guest and owner safety. Additional Services: Our Captiva’s clients can request extra services such as housekeeping, chefs, nannies, grocery delivery, rental equipment, additional office equipment or any other item that is within our ability to execute. These services are at an extra charge to the client. Please contact Our Captiva’s reservation specialist for a complete list. Reservation Deposit, Final Payment, Security Deposit Payments: Preferred to be received via personal check, bank check or cash. We do accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) for payments with an additional 5% fee (5% of amount charged). Reservation Deposit: Deposit must be received within 7-10 days of the reservation. Deposits may vary depending on the length of stay, however we maintain a 50% reservation deposit policy. Reservation is not confirmed until Reservation Deposit has been received and cleared. The dates reserved will be tentatively confirmed until receipt of deposit. Our Captiva, LLC maintains the highest level of integrity. Your dates will not be released without notification via phone, email or fax. Final Payments: Due 90 days prior to arrival and at time of receipt are nonrefundable. This due date is noted on your Tenancy Agreement and Confirmation Letter.
