Rental Policies

A refundable damage deposit of $400 is due on arrival. If no damage or missing items from the property are detected, the deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of the end of your stay The Coco Palm Cottage is non-smoking. Pets are allowed on request We welcome guests of all ages, however, we cannot rent to un-chaperoned minors. Parents are responsible for the safety of their small children, especially in regard to the swimming pool and hammock. We will not be responsible for guest mishaps of their own doing such as but not limited to, tripping on steps, slipping in the bathtub, falling out of hammock, etc. Glass containers are not to be used in the vicinity of the swimming pool.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of your stay, including 10,5% local tax. Deposit can be paid either by credit card or by check(which must be received within 1 week of making reservation in order to ensure your stay). No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of making reservations (and the cancellation occurs at least 4 weeks prior to arrival). If you must cancel after the 48 hour release period, but at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less a $ 100 handling fee. A 100% cancellation fee is charged for cancellations within 30 days of arrival (no refund). At the owner's discretion, a partial refund may be issued if the same days are re-sold. Also, at the owner’s discretion, a cancellation fee (deposit) may be applied to a future stay. At Coco Palm Cottage.
