Description of the Property
Welcome to Paradise in the Mountains. Our home is nestled between Sugar Mountain ski resort and the beautiful Grandfather Mountain. We are located just 1.5 miles from the ski slopes and approx. 3 miles to downtown Banner Elk. Our lovely home has a beautifiul back deck for all to enjoy and is situated on an awesome wooded lot that can entertain the kids for hours. The inside features beautifully decorated wood floors and a an incredible stone fireplace for all to enjoy. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with Color TV's and the living room is very spacious with 2 pull out couches if needed. The house is situated at Approx. 4300 feet elevation which can provide cooler summers and beautiful snowy winters. The Summer temp ranges from 50's at night to 70's during the day.

The area of Sugar Mountain offers some of the most beautiful hiking trails and incredible parks for all ages to enjoy. Since I live in Florida I have hired great property manager that will have the house waiting for you at your arrival. Bill will make sure that the heat is on if neccesary. Bill will be your personal concierge if need be. I have also added a ping pong table to the game room in the basement.

Our beautiful mountain home is available all four seasons, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. A househeeping fee of $75.00 will be charged for stays of only 2 nights. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your reservation. Full Paymment must be recieved 4 weeks in advance of your vacation;full payment upon reservations for advance booking less than 4 weeks in advance. A security deposit will also be required and will be refunded to you within 1 week of your deoparture. If no damage is found . Inventory and inspection completed prior to arrival and upon departure by Owners property manager.
