During the day walk to public beaches, as well as activities such as parasailing, scuba diving, charter fishing, and many, many more. Use the two bikes included to take a ride through the town or use the provided poles to fish from the dock in front of the condo. At night walk to some of Clearwater Beaches hottest night life or restaurants, bars within 5 minutes. Relax and grill on your private balcony absorbing the sunset with the relaxing sounds of waterfront living.
Reserved parking space under the building as well as a storage locker on the ground level fumished with beach toys,chairs, poles, and the bikes. The Jolly Trolly stops in front for easy access to the rest of the island and Clearwater for those who don't drive.

Rental Policies
We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express. Occupancy not to exceed 6 people. A valid driving licence must be send to us prior rental date. No one under 21 can rent this condo. Checkin no earlier than 5 PM unless otherwise agreed and checkout no later than 10 AM NO OCCUPANCY BY MORE THAN 6 ADULTS. OBSERVE THE RULES POSTED BY THE TELEPHONE IN THE CONDO. PLEASE BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR.
A security deposit or a valid credit card is required for coverage of damaged goods, and/or breakage, as well as extreme wear and tear of property. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $120.00 A 25% deposit of the gross rent is required to hold the condo, with the balance due one week prior to arrival. No pets over 30 pounds. A refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to cover any pet damage.
The rental deposit is not refundable.
