Rental Rate Notes
******RATES ARE FROM $500, peak weeks may cost more****** Please note that there will be an additional 7% Florida Sales Tax and 6% Osceola County Tourist Tax added to the booking fee. Should renters wish to have the pool heated during the cooler months, there is additional charge of $25 per day. A one time cleaning fee of $100 will be added to the booking fee.Rental Policies
No groups of under 25 year olds. No pets. No smoking inside the villa. Smoking inside the villa will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 which will be deducted from the deposit. Please note that there will be an additional 7% Florida Sales Tax and 6% Osceola County Tourist Tax added to the booking fee. Should renters wish to have the pool heated during the cooler months, there is additional charge of $25 per day. A one time cleaning fee of $100 will be added to the booking fee.
A security deposit of $200 is payable upon booking together with 50% of the villa rental fee. The remaining 50% is payable 30 days prior to occupancy. Any cancellation forfeits all the money that has been received by that time. The deposit will be refunded within 10 business days following occupancy. However, any damages caused will be deducted from the deposit. An additional fee will be charged for any villa damages that exceeds the deposit.
Under no circumstances is the deposit able to be refunded on the day of departure.
