There's plenty of room for family and friends, with a private courtyard that is surrounded by the bedrooms so that each room has access to the outdoors and the beach. Each bedroom has cable TV, and an attached full bath. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and modern appliances.
The home features a formal dining area overlooking the beach and ocean, as well as private dining off of the kitchen in the dinette. There is a formal Oceanfront Living Room with an adjacent but separate TV Room.
The enclosed garage is available for guests. Just 4 houses away is the clubhouse for the neighborhood, shared by just 11 other homeowners. That is the area with the pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment.

Kailua is just 14 miles from Honolulu, with all of it's cultural and architectural wonders readily available. A beautiful drive up and over the Pali takes you right into town, and just minutes more to Waikiki. Easy access to the North Shore drive takes you along the oceanfront to the famous surf beaches of Sunset Beach, Pipeline, and Waimea Bay and surf towns like Haleiwa and Sunset Beach.
Heading south along the island takes you past Mokapuu and Sandy Beach to Hawaii Kai, Koko Head and Diamond Head. Kailua is a perfect town to headquarter your Island vacation and still be close to all of the tourist spots, without the crowds.

Confirmation of reservation by e-mail creates 5 day hold on dates requested. Rental contract is e-mailed on the same date confirmation is received, and 5 day hold period begins.
30% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
All collected monies are forfeited in the event of cancellation, unless the property can be re-booked at the same rate for the same time period. We strongly suggest the guests obtain travel insurance to assure refund of forfeited deposits.
