Rental Policies
Qualified renters will be screened. There is no smoking anywhere in the condo, this includes the screened in terrace. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor patio adjacent to the terrace. Please inquire if you like to bring your pet. If your pet is allowed, there will be an additional deposit required.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. We accept most credit cards. The remainder of your balance is required 24 hours before your arrival. A $1,000 check or credit card # is held against property damages and refunded when you depart as long as the property was left as it was upon your arrival.
Refunds will be honored if extreme weather requires evacuations from Grand Isle Condos.
