We offer a Special Pass allowing all our guests unlimited access to the Main Sunbird Clubhouse, where you’ll find billiards, a library, card rooms, restaurants, and a cocktail lounge.. Six spectacular Golf Courses, Sheraton Wild Horse Hotel & Casino, and Chandler Fashion Mall are minutes away. A little further away, take in the sights of the Grand Canyon, art-stroll through beautiful Sedona or Scottsdale, or visit Algodones, Mexico for shopping or prescription needs. Phoenix is also one of the few cities in the U.S. with Professional Basketball, Baseball, Football, Hockey, and the always popular Spring Training games in March.

Rental Policies
Telephones-Phone service is available. Cell or mobile phones would be best. Supplies- This unit is fully furnished with all basic provisions and toiletries. Please replace what you use upon leaving.
50% of entire requested rental amount due upon reservation. Balance plus refundable $250 security deposit due within 45 days of arrival. Payments may be made by personal check, cashiers check, or money order. $100.00 cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy. Full refund if cancellation before 60 days; 0-45 days prior to reservation, refund available only if unit can be re-booked
