Rental Policies
Gulf Harbour is a gated community with strict access rules. You will be issued your own private pass for your vehicle(s). Condo rules and regulations information are located in the rental. All rentals are a minimum of 30 days. Temporary residents and their guests are subject to all community guidelines. Accomodations are cleaned prior to arrival. Bed and bath linens are supplied as well as a starter supply of toilet tissue, soap and laundery detergent. Long term rentals are available and rates are negotiable.
There is a $500 deposit due upon booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We prefer a 30-day minimum rental, Multiple months, seasonal rentals, and even year-round rentals may be negotiable based on availability. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to your arrival can result in loss of your deposit. f
Deposit refund will be given 10 days after inspection of property for any damages.
