Rental Rate Notes
Alll prices are established with the maximum occupancy of 6. Damage Waiver Fee: $60.00 (NO MORE SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED !) Tax: 11 % Cleaning Fee: $130 (up to 3 people); $150 (from 4 people up); Electricity charge: $25 included per week, extra kwh will be 0.12 cents per kwh to be deducted from your security deposit. A Boat is available for rent also. ONLY $600/WEEK !Rental Policies
For reservation you have to pay 20% of the Total cost. 45 days before arrival date you will be due to pay the remainder.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The renter may cancel the rental contract at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing. The following deadlines and costs apply to cancellations by the renter: Cancellations of 46 or more days prior to arrival: 20% of rental amount is forfeited Cancellations of 45 or less days prior to arrival: 100% of rental amount is forfeited In addition, a non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $50.00 is charged on each reservation.
