Rental Rate Notes
Pool heating is avalible for $150 per week. This should be booked in advance, so it can be switched on before your arrival. Prices are inclusive of all utilities and local phone calls and high speed internet access.Rental Policies
All major credit cards are accepted, subject to a 3.9% administration charge. A reservation deposit of $150 per week is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. If you stay less than 6 nights, a $80 surcharge is made for cleaning. Rental periods commence at 4pm on the day of arrival and end at 10am on the day of departure.
A $200 security deposit will be payable in advance of your arrival, and refunded within 28 days of departure.
Cancelation policy: Longer than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only will be charged. Up to 8 weeks 50% of rental cost will be charged. Under 8 weeks 100% of rental cost will be charged.
