No minimum rental length. However, please be advised that for stays of fewer than 4 nights, there will be a cleaning/housekeeping fee of $65.Rates are based on 4 person occupancy,any additional persons would be a $15.00 per/person per/day additional fee.Rental Policies

2 nights deposit required to hold reservation, final payment due 45 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION: A full refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to arrival ,less $50.00 handling fee.50% refund if cancelled 21-35 days prior to arrival. All payments will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 21 days.
