Located in a very friendly Mexican neighborhood on a well lit street very safe and perfect for strolls. This unique, luxurious and comfortable home is filled with warmth, hospitality, privacy and ambiance.
Villa Feliz offers; full time maid/cook with fabulous disposition, fireplaces, ecapali furnishings and enchanted evening lighting for dining and entertaining. Experience a 360 degree view from the roof-top garden while sipping a Margarita and listening to the sounds of old Mexico. Here you will enjoy colorful sunsets and sunrises in temperate climate year round.
One block from gym, grand grocery store - cultural center 3 minutes to tennis. Less than 5 minutes to Institute Allende for cultural activities and classes galore (no hills to climb) 17 min walk to El Jardin (town center)
For the cultural minded: Walk to galleries, art and language schools, museum, theaters, concerts, lectures and dance performances. A pleasant 5 to 10 minute walk to many restaurants where you can enjoy live entertainment and music. 5 to 10 minutes to shops and stores where local unusual crafts, antiques and gifts are available. Visit the popular Sunday market just 2 minutes away; mix with the locals and purchase very fresh fruits and vegetables.
Maria Elena, the full time Maid/gourmet cook who loves to cook will gladly teach you some of her Mexican recipes.
The house can sleep 2 to 12 persons. Each bedroom with a private full bathroom. If you are a larger group there is a loft for well behaved children over 14.
Transportation from the airport and day trips can be arranged with a professional, licensed, English speaking tour guide.
A lite supper is provided the day of arrival followed by a full breakfast the next morning. You request all other meals prepared to order.

Very private, extremely comfortable home located in a safe Mexican neighborhood where the children play in the street in the evening.
Full time maid/cook Malena will pamper you. If interested she will give you Mexican "cooking" lessons.
Enjoy all San Miguel has to offer - just a short walk to gym, grocery store, tennis, Cultural Center, Instituto, restaurants, galleries and shops. See map on web site.

25% increase all holidays and fiestas Email for Christmas and New Years rates $500 refundable phone/security deposit Local taxes included in rental fee. Maid/cook's tip is usually $2 dollars per day per person Please inquire about availability as owner is in residence part of the year.
Fully refundable phone/security deposit $500 will be held until final Telmex bill arrives.
