Brand new luxurious villa have 2 stories, 7 bed/2 en-suite master with King bed, 4.5 bath, extra large heated pool with SPA. Playstation II, Gas BBQ. It sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. It is 2 minutes from Disney World, suited in the best community by Disney- Emerald Island and near all the major attractions.

This large and yet intimate villa is tastefully decorated. Living space is 2800 square feet.

The heated private pool has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. There is also an 8 feet diameter raised Jacuzzi Spa bath for the ultimate in relaxation. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. The stunning extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. Patio furniture is provided. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence

There are living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, nook and a luxury master bedroom with an enormous king-size bed downstairs. This bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and garden tub.

Upstairs we have another king-size master suite with TV. There are two queen-size bedroom each with one queen-size bed and three twin bedroom, each with two twin beds.

There is a clubhouse in the community. The clubhouse has a community pool with spa, a sauna, exercise room, internet connected computers, and lounge area. Within the complex are high-end tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, barbecue areas, and a children's 'tot lot' for safe play in the sunshine. Emerald Island also has lots of refreshing walks and nature paths with abundant local foliage.
