Rental Rate Notes

$144 per person per night...with a minimum of 6 guests.

Rental Policies

Minimum of 6 guests required to rent the villa.

An initial deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival at Villa Ocotal. If your desired travel date is more than 9 months away, an initial deposit of 25% will hold your reservation.

Written Cancellation and Refund Request Notice received by Villa Ocotal less than 60 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking with Villa Ocotal, and must be used within the next 18 months. Written Cancellation and Refund Request Notice received by Villa Ocotal more than 60 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit or 75% of the deposit will be refunded by check or wire.
