Aloha and thank you for your interest in our oceanfront vacation suite, the Hale Kumula'au "Tree House". The Hale Kumula'au is located in Hale Koolau, a family owned & operated group of ocean and beach-front vacation rental homes in Honolulu, Hawaii located in the fishing town of Hauula on Oahu's North Shore near the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay, Sacred Falls, and many other wonderful Oahu attractions. We are located approximately 45 minutes from Honolulu International Airport on the Northeast coast of Oahu; where the Ko'olau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean. Our community of single-family homes, small shops, and quaint restaurants is very different from the high-rise retail/tourist center of Waikiki. With hiking trails and unspoiled reefs, we offer a glimpse of the Oahu of yesteryear with convenient access to the night life and modern pleasures of Honolulu & Waikiki.
The Hale Kumula'au comes complete with a 240-square-foot, beautiful, covered lanai overlooking our tropical gardens and the ocean just 80 feet away. The Hale Kumula'au has two rooms, both with queen size beds. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining area inside seats four people and the table set outside on the lanai also seats four. Although Hale Kumulaau is not direct oceanfront it is only 80 feet away through our private property (no streets to cross) and you can use our oceanside yards and chaise lounge chairs.

Rental Rate Notes
11.962% transient accommodations tax is charged to the nightly rate as required by the state of Hawaii. There is also a $100.00 one-time cleaning fee for the home.
