This second floor condo is accessible by elevator or stairs just outside the door, and a laundry room is steps away. The security gated complex is quiet and lushly landscaped, and only minutes away from restaurants, shopping , bay and deep sea fishing, parasailing, dolphin and bird watching, horseback riding and the Schlitterbahn Waterpark. There is something for everyone to enjoy on beautiful South Padre Island.

The beautiful South Padre beach is perfect for long walks, bird and dolphin watching, swimming and surf fishing. Several nearby piers offer boating excursions for bay fishing, deep sea fishing and dolphin watching. Rental Rate Notes
$50 cleaning fee additional charge for stays of less than 3 nights.Rental Policies
NO SPRING BREAKERS. Minimum age for renters is 21 unless accompanied by parent. THIS IS A NONSMOKING UNIT. If you must smoke, please do so outside, and dispose of all cigarette butts in the trash, not on the ground. Maximum occupancy 4 guests, including children. Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cashier's checks, money orders, and credit cards through Pay Pal. We will also accept personal checks, but they must be received in time to clear before your arrival, and if they fail to clear, your reservation will be cancelled and any deposit will be forfeit. Open flame grilling is prohibited by the condo association but you may bring your portable propane fuelled or electric grill for use on the patio. . NO SPRING BREAKERS. Pets MAY be allowed for long term rentals (one month or greater), please call for details. Violation of rental policies is grounds for forfeiture of deposit, even if no loss or damage occurs. .
If your reservation is made more than a month before your arrival date, a deposit of the first night's rental is required to hold your reservation. If you reservation is made less than a month before your arrival date, a deposit in the amount of one half of the total rental is required within 5 days of booking to hold the dates. There is additionally a $150 security deposit required to cover loss, damages and toll phone calls from the condo's telephone. . The rental balance and security deposit are due by at least 7 days before date of arrival to allow payment to clear, and for arrangement for the keys, maps and Island information to be sent to you.The security deposit will be refunded after inspection by housekeeping for missing items or damage and review of phone charges. Violation of rental policies is grounds for forfeiture of deposit even if no loss or damage is incurred.
Your deposit, less a $30 cancellation fee, is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days before the date of your arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, the deposit is refundable ONLY IF we're able to rent the condo again for your days. Your deposit will be fully refunded if serious natural occurences at South Padre, such as hurricanes or red tide, prevent your trip.
