Check in is at 4:00 PM. Check out is at 12:00 Noon.
50% deposit due upon making reservations. Balance due 30 days before arrival. $300 Security/Damage deposit due 30 days before arrival. The Security/Damage deposit is fully refundable within 45 days of your departure provided thereis no breakage, damage, missing items, or long distance call charges to the unit telephone.
Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit.
