This quaint little 1925 beach cottage has beautiful dramatic ocean views. It is an ideal spot for honeymooners or anyone who wants total privacy from the busy world we live in today. The cottage is nestled in the pines, sheltered from the wind, the road and the neighbors. A private stairway with an observation deck leads to the sandy beach, walk to the north at low tide and find the secret beach around Cascade point. This cozy cottage can sleep 6 with a queen sized bed in the bedroom and loft with a queen size bed, a daybed in living room that opens up into 2 twin beds. It has a wood fireplace, gas heater, galley kitchen, linens and towels are supplied . Please no smoking and please inquire about pets .This house reminds me of a older quaint beach cottage, it is a great spot, and the energy that this place provides it is amaizing , you will leave this place totally re- charged and ready to do just about anything.the oceanviews are from every room except the master bedroom, does not have an ocean view.if you are looking for a place that will take you 50 years in the past this is the place for you , is back to simple and peaceful times. We are located close to the popular Road's End State beach area, casino, shopping, restaurants . You can go deep sea fishing, salmon fishing in the Salmon River, Siletz Bay for crabing , fantastic sunsets and great whale watching. Come and join us . A walk on the beach, fishing, golfing, surfing, kite flying, crabing, hiking and more. This property is close to restaurants, shopping at the Factory Outlet Mall and the Oceanlake shopping district in the heart of downtown Lincoln City. You will find all kinds of antique shops the most popular one and my favorite one is "Carrousel by the Sea Antiques" and "101 Inspirations " where they also have an internet cafe, bakery and espresso too! One of many restaurants you must try is "Maxwells at the Coast Restaurant and Lounge", big portions you won't leave hungry they also have big screen tv's, Oregon Lottery games, karaoke/dancing every night. The casino "Chinook Winds " opens 24 hours and is only 1 mile from this house, Depoe Bay and Newport are only 15 and 30 minutes away . You can also go to the Lincoln City visitor center located at the city hall and get brochures for more activities around town.

Rental Policies

Cancellations are given credit for future time to stay if only is given 2 weeks prior to stay.. small pet fee $50.00 , cleaning fee is included on the rental price.

there is $100.00 deposit at time of reservation and balance due 30 days prior of your stay. if you pay with a personal check if return by bank there will be a $50.00 service fee.

if you cancel your reservation within 30 days we will refund 1/2 of what you pay .
