Rental Policies
Rental Policy Rental Policies: 50% deposit required to reserve. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and verified checks. We will NOT accept cashier's checks or money orders for any amount over the total rental.
A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival. We do recommend getting travel insurance through TravelGuard to protect against Acts of God out of your control.
Refunds: If you cancel your reservation for any reason more than 60 days before your arrival date, you will receive a refund minus 10% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 10% of your gross rental amount. HOLIDAYS: Any cancellation of a reservation during holiday periods will result in a forfeit of 50% of the gross rental amount if canceled more than 60 days prior to check-in date. Any holiday reservation that is canceled within 60 days of check-in date MAY result in forfeit of your entire gross rental amount. We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard ( for unforeseen acts of nature/God. Please read description of coverages carefully before purchasing.
