Our Captiva's relaxing getaway is less than a 60 minute drive from Fort Myer's Southwest Regional International Airport and 2 hours from Tampa and Fort Lauderdale airports. Total relaxation awaits you at this wonderfully appointed Marina Villa. Our completely remodeled 2 bedroom and 2 bath condominium has been designed with a Caribbean/tropical feel. You'll find the view captivating, looking directly out to Pine Island Sound while watching the boating activity come and go.
Our fully furnished island getaway has every convenience, latest appliances, and comfortable accommodations. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, double door refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher, oven, flat top 4 burner stove, microwave and all the cooking and serving utensils you would expect. If cooking on vacation is not your desire, try one or all of our island flavor restaurants, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Browsing through cozy Captiva Village will fulfill any fun shopping needs.
Dining area is ready between the kitchen and living area. Ready to seat and serve 6 vacationers for breakfast, lunch or dinner or those late night games with the family. CD stereo with remote is located here on the deskette area also offering DSL connection and answering machine.
The living area overlooks the lanai area and a spectacular full water view. Love seat, and couch with sleeper, coffee and end tables and a 42" flat screen TV with DVD player encompassed by an entertainment wall unit.
The master bedroom is located off the living area. Furnished with a king bed with high quality bedding, 36" flat screen TV with satellite, private bath with glassed in shower and plenty of closet space. Clock radio with alarm, telephone, and hairdryer all provided.
Guest room is located tween kitchen and dining areas. Guests share the common bath with bath linens and hair dryer. Guest room has 2 twin beds with high quality linens, clock radio and iron and ironing board.
Provided for all our guests: Starter Kit containing, 4 dishwasher soap, 1 dish sponge and container of dish soap, 1 paper towel, 2 trash bags, 1 roll on and 1 extra toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, and hairdryers in each bathroom. Marina Villa pool and beach access available to our guests. Information on boat dockage is available upon request.

Rental Rate Notes
Rates quoted on this site include a 10% Internet Discount. Only honored if booked directly through us. If referred to us by another rental agency, the 10% discount will not apply. Multiple discounts not applicable, one discount per reservation. Length of Stay: Our Captiva, LLC offers a variety of locations, we accommodate two to two dozen vacationers. Guest arrival is normally Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Call or email to inquire if your arrival date is available. We are flexible. Special Events: Our properties are available for weddings, fundraisers, reunions and corporate retreats. Our Event Fee’s vary per property proof of event insurance must be provided. Property occupancy limits must be observed for guest and owner safety. Additional Services: Our Captiva’s clients can request extra services such as housekeeping, chefs, nannies, grocery delivery, rental equipment, additional office equipment or any other item that is within our ability to execute. These services are at an extra charge to the client. Please contact Our Captiva’s reservation specialist for a complete list. Reservation Deposit, Final Payment, Security Deposit Payments: Preferred to be received via personal check, bank check or cash. We do accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) for payments with an additional 5% fee (5% of amount charged). Reservation Deposit: Deposit must be received within 7-10 days of booking the reservation. Deposits may vary depending on the length of stay, however we maintain a 50% reservation deposit policy. Reservation is not confirmed until Reservation Deposit has been received and cleared. The dates reserved will be tentatively confirmed until receipt of deposit. Our Captiva, LLC maintains the highest level of integrity. Your dates will not be released without notification via phone, email or fax. Final Payments: Due 90 days prior to arrival and at time of receipt are nonrefundable. This due date is noted on your Tenancy Agreement and Confirmation Letter. Security Deposit: Refunded within 2-3 weeks after your departure date upon inspection, less incidental charges if any (long distance telephone calls, over occupancy violations, personal/concierge services, breakage above & beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning). An invoice will accompany the security deposit refund if charges are incurred. Cancellation: Notification of canceling reservation must be received 90 days prior to arrival. Guest will incur an administration fee. Cancellation within the 90 day period will forfeit your deposit and final payments in full. Rebooking of your reservation dates at the full rate of the cancelled reservation will allow your deposit and final payments to be refunded in full. Our Captiva, LLC does reserve the right to cancel reservations if Reservation Deposits, Final Payments and/or Security Deposits are not received by the due dates noted on your Tenancy Agreement and Confirmation Letter. Reservations on HOLD: Arrival and departure dates that are placed with a reservation deposit are confirmed. Our Captiva, LLC does not hold dates for any duration of time.Rental Policies
