Sitting on Ke Iki Beach, otherwise known as Shell Beach, our vacation rentals front one of the most breathtaking sunsets anywhere. Just down the way is world famous Sunset Beach and Banzai Pipeline!

Rental Policies
Renters must complete and sign a Tropical Waters Hawaii agreement form. The names of all tenants who will be staying on the property must be listed on the form. The requested dates are officially held when the renter completes the form, faxes/mails it back to Tropical Waters Hawaii and pays the security deposit.
Rental Deposit - Rentals require a $500 Security / Damage and Reservation Hold. Full amount due within 60 days of beginning booking date. Security / Damage Deposit is refundable within 30 days of booking completion.
Refund / Cancellation Policy - All payments / deposits are fully refundable with written notice of cancellation postmarked sixty days prior to check in date. All refunds will be returned by check regardless of payment type. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days by mail providing the home is left in a reasonable manner. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit and charged to the tenant. NOTE: Until reservation is confirmed rates are subject to change.
