Rental Rate Notes
Rental Rate Notes Holiday Rates are $375/night, 4 night minimum, $2495 week, includes Christmas, New Years, Easter and Thanksgiving. A cleaning fee of $150 to $200 is chargeg on all visits along with a $500 to $1000 refundable security deposit.Rental Policies
CASA LA QUINTA We are pleased to offer you rental accommodations for your visit to our vacation home. Your understanding of the rules and regulations will help you enjoy your stay. A Short Term Occupancy Agreement is required, please request a copy by email. A $500-$1000* security deposit and a $125 - $200* non-refundable departure cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the rental amount for your stay. Visits of less than one month will be subject to local tax. Rents, deposits, state and local taxes, registration form and occupancy agreement must be received before your reservation will be confirmed.
Deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks of vacating property and verification of condition is approved by owner or property manager.
A cancellation fee will be deducted from your rents collected as follows 100% refund with at least 60 days notice minus $100 processing fee. 50% Refund with at least 30 days notice minus $100 processing fee. No Refund will be given if less than 30 days notice is given. If property is rerented for the same days cancelled, a prorated refund will be given.
