Cleaning fee of $150 per stay.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
- A refundable security deposit is required on acceptance of rental agreement. Typically this will be in the form of a check which we will hold but not bank. Security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure less any damages.
- We accept credit cards through PAYPAL, wire transfers, cashiers checks and personal checks. For personal checks, reservations are confirmed once checks are cleared.
- Holidays and Special events (Bob Hope Chrysler Classic) carry higher rates. Please check with owner for rates.
- Reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of signed rental agreement and deposit.
